Astrea has secured one of the UK’s leading luxury retail brands as they continue to transform the Berkeley Square Estate.
Asprey London has agreed terms to take 12,500 sq ft of 34/36 Bruton Street, a prominent corner building located just a stone’s throw from Bond Street, which will provide high class retail space over basement, ground and first floor levels.
Sam Jones of Astrea commented: “We are delighted to welcome a world-renowned luxury retailer like Asprey London to the prestigious Berkeley Square Estate. Along with luxury brands IRO and Nanushka, who are both opening new flagship stores just a few doors away, we continue to push forward with securing an exciting mix of retailers in Bruton Street.”
John Rigas, Chairman of Asprey International Limited, said: “We are very excited to secure the 34/36 Bruton Street space and initiate a partnership with Astrea at the Berkeley Square Estate. The space is perfectly located and configured for our key new initiatives, as an example the Asprey Digital Studio we will be launching in the summer.”
Hanover Green Retail and Cushman & Wakefield advised Astrea on the deal.
Martin Thomas of Hanover Green Retail commented ”We are delighted to continue to assist Astrea with their strategy of attracting the highest quality retailers to Bruton Street. We continue to see activity in the luxury sector where brands are seeking to establish a long-term presence in core locations and we expect to announce further positive news as the year progresses.”
