Instruction marks the first change of guard for the portfolio’s property management in over 15 years
Colliers has been awarded a prestigious mandate from Astrea to provide property management services to the Berkeley Square Estate.
Following a competitive tender process, Colliers was selected to take on the mandate for the Central London portfolio which comprises several historic buildings and landmark properties in Mayfair and Knightsbridge.
